8 medium-sized green bell peppers
3/4 lb ground meat
1 cup uncooked rice
2 onions, diced
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
salt, pepper and paprika
olive oil

For the sauce, you will need:
6 cups tomato sauce
1 small can tomato puree
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the peppers. Cut off the tops and scoop out the seeds. Mix the meat, rice, onions, eggs, and water in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Insert the mixture into the peppers with a spoon, leaving enough space at the top to allow for the rice to expand. Fry the peppers gently in oil on all sides. Remove from heat.
