4 # bulk sausage meat 4 loaves white bread 3/4 c butter 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded finely Mustard if desired
Mix butter with cheese. Trim crusts from bread and flatten with rolling pin. Spread bread slices with butter mixture. Add mustard if desired. Add a roll of sausage meat, roll up. spread top with additional butter. Bake at 350º x 20 min.
