Ingredients:  
4 # bulk sausage meat
4 loaves white bread
3/4 c butter
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded finely
Mustard if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter with cheese. Trim crusts from bread and flatten with rolling pin. Spread bread slices with butter mixture. Add mustard if desired.
Add a roll of sausage meat, roll up. spread top with additional butter.
Bake at 350 x 20 min.
