Enough ears of corn for each person to have one
4 Tbsp salt
1 large pot of water

Butter
Seasoned Salt
Black Pepper
Any other spices as desired (taco seasoning works well)

Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel down corn husks carefully. Maintain the outer husks (don't remove them from cob). Remove inner husks and silk.

Add salt to large pot of water. Add corn and let soak in salted water for about 10 minutes.

Melt butter. Brush each ear of corn with butter. Sprinkle desired spices lightly on to ear of corn.

Cover ear of corn back up with husks. Wrap corn securely in foil.

Place in coals or on grill for about 20-30 minutes, turning several times.
