Lemon bars Recipe

1/3 C butter
1 C flour
2 T sugar
2 eggs (beaten well)
1/2 C brown sugar
3/4 C coconut
1/2 C chopped walnuts (or pecans)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla

2 tsp lemon rind (or 1/4 tsp lemon extract)
2 T lemon juice
1 C powdered sugar

Cut butter into flour and sugar until fine. Press into 9 X9 pan. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees until set. Combine rest of ingredients. Mix well and spread on crust. Bake approx 30 min at 350 degrees. Frost the bars before they are completely cool.
