1 pound of ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon catsup
1 16 ounce can refried beans
tabasco sauce to taste
2 ounces cheddar cheese shredded and 1/2 cup sliced black olives optional

Brown ground beef with next 3 ingredients, drain excess fat. Add next four ingredients. Mash in beans. Heat stirring frequently. Add tabasco to taste. Garnish with cheese and olives if desired. Serve warm with doritos or fritos. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
