1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 bananas)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 and grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

2. Sift flour, powder, soda and salt

3. Cream shortening and add sugar gradually continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix until smooth.

4. Add dry ingredients and alternate with mashed banana stirring just enough to combine, do not beat

5. Pour into load pan and bake for about 1 hour.
