1 box white cake mix
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 15oz. can cream of coconut
1 large cool whip
2 cups shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350º. Pour oil in a 13 x9 pan and coat sides and dump cake mix in pan.

2. Pour in water, eggs and 1 cup coconut and stir well (will be lumpy and runny)

3. Bake for 30 minutes. With a fork poke holes in top of cake while hot and pour cream of coconut over entire cake. Smooth with spoon

4. Let cool in refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Mix other 1 cup coconut with cool whip and spread on cake.

5. Refrigerate and serve cold
