2 cups flour
1 1/2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted crisco
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º Add dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt crisco, beat milk, egg and vanilla.

2. :Pour egg mixture over flour and lightly mix. Fold in crisco (don't beat)

3. Pour in greased 8-9" pan

4. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Bake for 25 minutes.
