¼ c. butter or margarine
3 eggs
¾ c. flour
¾ c. milk
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter or margarine in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, and heat in a 400º F oven to melt. Process the eggs in a food processor until frothy. Alternate adding flour and milk through the chute until the mixture is thoroughly blended. Add vanilla. Pour batter into hot skillet and bake for 20 to 25 mins. until browned and puffy. This should look like a giant popover; if not, give it to the dog.

Serve with hot syrup.
