3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 large eggs
1 can libbys pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell

1. Preheat oven 425, mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, beat eggs.

2. Stir in pumpkin and sugar & spice mixture. Gradually add in evaporated milk.

3. Pour into shell (deep dish crust)

4. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce oven heat to 350 bake 45 - 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean
