2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
juice of 1 orange & rind
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup cranberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat 350, sift flour add salt baking powder, baking soda and sugar

2. Juice of 1 orange and rind of 1 orange butter, and add boiling water to make 1 cup full.

3. Add orange mixture and 2 beaten eggs to dry ingredients.

4. Add 1 cup nuts and 1 cup cranberries

5. Bake for 1 hour in buttered and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan. Store 24 hours before serving.
