2 quarts peanuts
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in a large pot and boil, stirring well, until the water cooks out. Turn out on a cookie sheet, separating as much as possible. Cook in a 350 oven for 25-30 minutes watching closely so they don't burn. Cool. Turn out with a spatula, store in a dry airtight container.
