1 egg 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T. cinnamon 1/2 cup sugar
Beat ingredients together except cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour 1/2 of batter into a loaf pan. Sprinkle cinnamon * sugar mixture over layer. Add rest of batter over cinnamon mixture. Use a knife to cut through to swirl. Bake 350 for 50-60 min.
