1 TBSP dry mustard powder
4 TBSP flour
1 Egg White

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and spread on a rag and wrap it completely inside another dry rag. Lay it on the chest with a warm water bottle on top.

Leave 20 minutes or until skin is very rosy. Remove if it feels too warm.
