1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. short grain rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
2 TBSP butter
2 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except milk into 1.5 L casserole and pour 1/2 c. boiling water over top and stir until butter melts a bit. Add milk, stir and cover.

Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. It will thicken a lot as it cools.
