2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese
(1oz.) pkg Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
2 scallions, chopped
5 (12 in.) flour tortillas
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and scallions in a bowl. Drain pimentos, chili peppers and olives. Spread tortillas with cream cheese mixture. Put equal amounts of drained vegetables on top. Roll tightly. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Slice into 3/4 inch slices.
