1 1/4 cups finely chopped dates
60g butter
1/4 cup water
1cup S/R Flour
1egg
3/4 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place the dates, butter and water into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until butter is melted and dates are soft then remove from the heat, add the flour egg and walnuts mix together then drop tbsp's of the mix onto a well greased baking tray then bake at 180C for 10-15 mins when cool, drizzle with melted carob..
