1/2 cup sliced spring onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cups chopped tomatoes fresh or canned
1 tbsp tomato paste
2tbsp chopped parsley
freshly ground pepper
425g tin of tuna drained
2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp cornflour
2 eggs beaten
pinch nutmeg
12 sheets instant lasagne
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated low fat cheese
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the spring onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, pepper tuna and parmesan cheese.
Heat 3/4 of the milk on medium heat then mix the remainder of the milk with the cornflour into a paste then add to the warmed milk and mix till thickened in a white sauce then add the beaten eggs and nutmeg.
In your lasagne dish spread the base with tuna mix then some white sauce then your lasagne sheets finish with lasagne sheets on top then pour remainder of sauce then sprinkle with the cheese and paprika bake on moderate oven for an hour
