1 cup long grain white rice
1 stick butter
2 cans beef consomm�
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350, saute onion in butter, add rice and stir add consomm�.

2. Bake in casserole dish for about an hour or until liquid is absorbed, drain and add mushrooms
