6 large sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
salt & pepper
1 10 oz bag marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven 325º Peel and cut sweet potatoes, boil until tender and mash through ricer

2. Add milk, butter and spices stir

3. Spray 9" x13" pan with Pam

4. Pour mixture in pan and cover with marshmallows

5.Bake for 30 -40 minutes and watch marshmallows, don't want them too burnt
