Crust:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c. Crisco Oil (only Crisco will do)
1/2 t. salt
2 T. sugar
2 T. milk

Filling:
1 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. white Karo syrup
1 c. water
3 T. Strawberry gelatin
4 drops of red food coloring
1 qt. strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, Crisco Oil, salt, sugar and milk in bowl until oily. Press into pie plate and bake at 400 degrees until lightly brown. (Be sure and prick crust before baking.)

Cook sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water until clear and thickened. Remove from heat and add gelatin and food coloring.
Fold in strawberries, chill until set. Serve with whipped cream.
