1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup margarine
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Colored sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Cream sugar and butter. Stir flour into mixture gradually. Mix salt, vanilla and nuts into dough. Chill 1 hour.
Form chilled dough into 1" round balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Roll in sugar immediately. Cool. Roll in sugar again.
