5 medium carrots
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
tsp. ground ginger
tsp. salt
c orange juice
2 tbs.butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots on angle in 1 (2.2cm) chunks
Cook in boiling salted water until tender about 20 min.

Mix sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt and add to orange juice cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Boil 1 minute and stir in butter and toss with drained, hot carrots.
