1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
3 Cup Apples Chopped (about 3 medium apples)

use a 13x9 pan.

Directions:

- Mix sugar, oil, eggs until blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Stir in apples.
- Pour into pans.
- Bake at 350 - until tooth pick comes out clean about 35 to 45 minutes.

Frost with Caramel Frosting
