5 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 cups ore-ide country style hash browns thawed
1/3 cup green onions thinly sliced
salt
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven 350 and beat eggs, milk, stir in potatoes, onions, salt and pepper, 1 cup of cheese and 1/2 the bacon

2. Pour into greased 9" pie plate or quiche dish

3. Bake 25-30 minutes, until center is cooked and sprinkle remaining bacon on top and 1/2 cup of cheese

4. Bake 4 more minutes to melt the cheese
