2 bags white chocolate chips
1 dozen large fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Place white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwavable bowl. Heat gently until chocolate is melted. Hold each strawberry by the leaves and gently dip into the chocolate, and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is hardened. White Chocolate Strawberries can be served alone, or arranged on top of Strawberry Wedding Cake. (p. 281).
