Chicken cutlets
2 eggs or milk
bread crumbs
tomato sauce
mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dip pounded cutlets in egg then in bread crumbs.

2. Broil on cookie sheet, or fry in pan

3. Place cutlets in baking pan cover with sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, Bake 350 until warm and bubbly
