1 lb chicken cutlets thin
flour
pan
olive oil
butter
1 can chicken broth
2 lemons
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dip cutlets in flour

2. Saute in pan with olive oil and butter until browned on both sides

3. Take out chicken, pour in 1 can of chicken broth, De-glaze pan add juice of 2 lemons and cook down for 15 minutes to make a sauce (add a little flour

4. Put chicken back in sauce and simmer until hot

5. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon
