6 whole wheat pita pocket bread rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Split each pita pocket in half horizontally & cut each round into eight wedges.

Toss lightly with olive oil.

Arrange half of the pita wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes until chips are lightly browned and crisp.
Remove from baking sheet and cool completely.

Repeat with remaining pita wedges
