1 (16 oz) can peaches in juice
4 plum tomatoes
4 green onions
2 T chopped pickled jalapeņo peppers
1 T finely chopped cilantro
1 T olive oil
1 T lime juice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches.

Chop peaches, tomatoes and green onions; place in a large bowl.
Add jalapeņo peppers and remaining ingredients, stirring gently.

Refrigerate up to 3 days.
