Boneless chicken cutlets
Eggs (Beaten) or milk
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese

2. Pound cutlets to make thinner, dip in egg and then in bread crumb mix

3. Oil a cookie sheet, place cutlets on sheet and sprinkle with oil

4. Broil until light brown and turn over until brown
