1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. white chocolate chips
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, mix with creamed mixture. Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, and coconut last. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 375.
