1 qt. peaches
Crust: 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. vanilla

Filling: 3 c. whipping cream, 2 T. flour, 1 tsp. vanilla, 6 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Crust: mix together all crust ingredients. This will be a sticky dough. Use a spoon to spread in a deep jellyroll pan. Drain peaches and arrange on top of crust.
Filling: Mix all filling ingredients well and pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
