2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
3 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
Mix and add
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup hot water
2 eggs
Cake batter will be thin


1 box powdered sugar
2 tablespoon (heaping) cocoa
1 stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon strong hot coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cake ingredients in order given. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes until pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before icing.
