seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream - base quantities on your needs. Add crumbled blue cheese - again the quantity depends on your love of the cheese. Add seasonings to taste or leave plain. Suggested seasonings: onion powder or salt, garlic powder or salt, a splash of bottled Italian dressing, salt and pepper or chili powder.
Make extra for the week - keeps in a tightly closed jar in the refrigerator.

This can also be used as a sauce for baking chicken or fish as well as a dressing for cooked vegetables like green beans or broccoli. I have added chopped fresh dill and vinegar and used it in potato salad - fantastic!
