"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

The Salad:
8 large red potatoes
8 hard boiled eggs
1 medium can pitted black olives
1.5 medium sized diced red onions
Ample celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Red wine
Boil then peel the red potatoes. Slightly under cook the potatoes if anything. Slice and dice the potatoes, eggs, olives and onions into a large bowl. Toss with the various salts and red wine. The potatoes should be just barely pink and celery-ish. Refrigerate to cool.

The Secrete Sauce:
1 medium container sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
More Celery Salt
More Onion Salt
More Garlic Salt
More Red Wine
Combine the above items into a bowl. The consistency should be pour able.

Then blend the sauce with the salad.

Personal Notes:
Jackson probably would not eat this today but, what the heck, my mack & cheese is boring. Croatian Potato Salad is my all time signature recipe. He will like it some day. Thanks for the opportunity to contribute.
