1-1/2 ounce rice 5 level tablespoons (Use the short and fat rice.)
1 pint of milk
1-2 ounce sugar (1-2 rounded tablespoons)
1/2 ounce margarine
grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Brush the inside of a 1-pint pie dish or casserole with melted margarine. Wash the rice and sprinkle in the pie dish. Add the milk and sugar and stir well. Cut the margarine into small pieces and sprinkle on the milk with grated nutmeg. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 1-3/4 -2 hours or until cooked and creamy.
