1 lbchicken, turkey or pork sausages
1.5 cup frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
0.5 cup milk
salt/pepper
Parmesan
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausages into small bits & brown in a skillet. Drain on paper towel. Place into a 10-inch pie plate. Add hash browns & cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt & paper. Pour over sausages, hash browns & cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan & paprika. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.

The only thing kids need help with in this recipe is cooking the sausage. With a little supervision they can easily combine the rest of the ingredients on their own & create this very tasty breakfast pizza.
