2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crackers, crushed
1/2 cup onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups (8 oz) American or cheddar cheese, grated
1 loaf French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and spread on a split loaf of French bread. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
