1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bitters
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pimento stuffed olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 can hearts of palm, thinly sliced
1-2 heads of butter lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lettuce. Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, bitters, paprika, stuffed olives, onion and celery. Pour the dressing over the lettuce. Stir in the sliced hearts of palm.
