1/4 lb. ham loaf
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 egg
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. tomato soup (divided)
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large mixing bowl, mix ham loaf, pork sausage, egg, crushed cornflakes, 3 Tbsp. tomato soup, and milk. Mix with plastic glove covered hands. Form into 1 in. large meatballs. Place meatballs in 8 in cake pan. Cover with sauce. To prepare sauce: stir together remaining tomato soup, mustard, sugar, and cider vinegar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins. or internal temperature of 160 degrees F. on instant read thermometer.
