3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into approximately 6 serving pieces.
1/2 cup melted butter.
1 cup crushed Pepperidge Farms bread dressing mix
3 tbsp. dried parsley
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: 1 cup crushed Pepperidge Farms bread dressing mix, 3 tbsp. dried parsley, 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Coat chicken pieces in melted butter; then in crushed bread crumb mix. Put in baking pan and sprinkle additional bread crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
