1/2 lb. sweet butter
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and powdered sugar until very light and fluffy.
Add flour and salt and beat. Stir in nuts. Roll on waxed paper into a long narrow log (no more than two inches in diameter). Wrap in waxed paper and chill very well. Slice approximately one quarter inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with powered sugar.
