4 C. cooked rice in chicken broth
2 loaves of Jimmy Dean's sausage, 1low-fat,1 spicy
1/2 C. green pepper, chopped
1 C. onion, chopped
1 C. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4-1 c. milk
1 sm. can black olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice.
Brown sausage and drain grease. Add onion, green pepper, and celery to sausage; cook 5 minutes. Heat mushroom soup and milk. Mix all ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Top with olives and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
