3-4 lb flounder fillet
3 slices of toasted bread - crumble
fresh tomatoes - slice thick
salt & pepper
butter
garlic salt
parsley
lemon juice
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large baking dish put a layer of tomatoes sprinkled with parsley, salt and pepper
a layer of flounder with butter and bread crumbs
sprinkle with garlic salt, lemon juice, parsley
a thick layer of Parmesan Cheese

Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes
