Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup ripe bananas (about 2 1/2 bananas)
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Beat eggs. Crush bananas. Add milk & lemon juice. Combine with first mixture. Add flour, baking soda, salt & baking powder. Add nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Test with toothpick for doneness.
