1 package of about 12-14 chicken wings (tips removed)
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove finely minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange wings in one layer in a lasagna pan or any low sided oven-proof casserole.

2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour the mixture over the wings being sure to coat thoroughly.

3. Bake at 350 degrees about one hour, turning occasionally.

4. Turn heat up to 375 degrees and watch for sauce to caramelize and cling--about another 15 minutes.

Watch closely!! The sauce goes from caramelized to burnt very quickly.
