Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg of boneless chicken breasts
3 mangoes
2 limes
cilantro
red onion
adobo seasoning
Lawrys Marinade (either tequila lime or havanna garlic)
wooden skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips and put on skewers (make sure skewers have been soaked in water). Sprinkle the chicken with adobo seasoning (I recommend Goya adobo powder) and marinade for at least 4 hours with Lawry's marinade. You can use either the tequila lime marinade or the havanna garlic -- both work well. Grill until done.
Mango salsa: Cut up mangoes and mix with cilantro, lime juice (about 1 or 2) and red onion. Then place on top of chicken skewers when you are ready to serve.

Personal Notes:
Big crowd pleaser. Cindy Saxl and I actually came up with the mango salsa recipe together since I was trying to copy this recipe I had at a barbeque.
