SAUTE in 1/2 C butter or margarine:
4 cup grated zucchini
1 cup grated onion

MIX:
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs slightly beaten
8 ounce shredded cheese
ADD above mixture to sautéed veggies.

Crust: 2 1/4 cup Bisquick Mix
2/3 cup milk

Lightly press dough into 10” pie pan.

Spread yellow mustard over dough (optional, but it's yummy).
Gently pour seasoned veggie/egg/cheese mixture into crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until center is set.
