2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 large package wheat tortillas
1 lb. bacon or bacon bits
1 small onion, diced
Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in crock-pot until tender,drain & shred. Arrange chicken on tortillas as desired. Add bacon or bacon bits. Add diced onion. Drizzle ranch dressing on top, and roll.

I use already cooked real bacon pieces, comes in bag at Sam's. Can take in and out of the freezer quickly and with no mess.

May be eaten as a hot dish when immediately served or a nice substitute for cold meat sandwiches from the cooler.
